OUR STORY

Greetings! We are the founders and creators of Gracefully Grazing Catering, located in Escondido California. We specialize in creating unique, colorful, elegant and playful experiences through charcuterie boards and graze tables. Treva Grove & Chandra Steiner are lifelong friends with a shared passion for entertaining, an eye for presentation, and a love for all things charcuterie.

The Elevated Graze Table is great for feeding any amount of people and offers a variety of tasty foods that are pleasing to all pallets. Graze tables also provide a unique, colorful, and playful catering experience with one-of-a-kind tables that will leave your guests in awe. Our grazing table options are beautiful and lush and truly highlights the food. We offer a variety of boards, trays and ramekins to bring elevation that adds just a bit more uniqueness and beauty. We offer disposable and rental options for boards.

FLAT LAY GRAZE TABLE

Flat lay graze tables are 100% disposable. There is no equipment to return, wash or store. At the end of your event, simply pick up the butcher paper and dispose. Just like our Graze tables, flat-lay's are great for feeding large quantities of people and offering a variety of tasty foods that are pleasing to all pallets. Graze tables also provide a unique, colorful, and playful catering experience with one-of-a-kind tables that will leave your guests in awe. Our grazing table options are beautiful and lush and truly highlights the food.

DESSERT GRAZE TABLES

In true American fashion, we’ve taken the charcuterie idea, added sugar, and glorified it into a dessert situation. Our dessert charcuterie comes with a variety of bite-sized finger-food desserts and candies, all piled onto a big board and artfully arranged. It’s meant to be eaten, of course, but it’s also meant to be a beautiful centerpiece for your party or gathering.

Every board is uniquely made!

Includes:

Four cheeses, Two types of cured meat, olives and other pickled items, jam, nuts and dried fruit, seasonal fresh fruit, fresh herbs and flower garnish. Served on a disposable but reusable sturdy wooden tray and with a side of assorted crackers in a disposable box.

CHARCUTERIE CUPS

Leave an impression on your guests with these scrumptious charcuterie cups. They’re single serve cups loaded with enough nibbles for one; from cheeses, cured meat, fresh fruit skewer, dried fruit, nuts and a sweet treat. GRAZE BOXES

Having a small get together with some close friends or family, coworkers or neighbors? Perhaps a road trip or a long flight with no meal option? Graze boxes are perfect for just those occasions. We included a variety of artisan meats and cheeses, olives, cornichons and/or pickles, fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, dried fruits, nuts, herb garnish, dipping sauces and/or jam, and a side caddy of crackers.

BUTTER BOARDS

Butter boards are here to stay, especially since we always seem to be rolling into party or holiday season. Everyone’s looking for a trendy new appetizer and if you’re young (or young at heart) butter boards are sure to show up at the party.

Summer Heat Announcement
Limited Outside Graze Tables: In consideration of the hot weather, beginning July 1st, we're temporarily discontinuing our outdoor graze tables. We want to ensure that all our delicacies remain fresh and appetizing for you, and this decision allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality. Indoor space will be required from July-September.

WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED

We offer local delivery for $20, or you can choose to pick up!

Please note for deliveries:

Due to rising fuel and food costs, our deliveries are limited to the North San Diego County area. Any area outside of 20 miles is an additional $2.00 per mile each way.

Please allow for an hour delivery time window. However, we will always do our best to accommodate a specific time.
